Japantown (Japanese: 日本町, Hepburn: Nihonmachi), also known historically as Japanese Town, is a neighborhood in the Western Addition district of San Francisco, California. Japantown comprises about six city blocks and is considered one of the largest and oldest ethnic enclaves in the United States . This is my favorite restaurant in San Jose and Japantown. The Japanese sake is always hot and the food is delicious. I do recommend ordering the teriyaki spareribs. They are what I do there for. They do have other good food items for example the tempura shrimp sushi rolls and fried eggplants in a Japanese sauce. KIPPU SUSHI Restaurant is a Japanese restaurant in Japantown of San Francisco.
