Beginning pilates - Since beginning Pilates and yoga classes in January, I feel more toned, flexible, and my overall strength has improved. I joined the classes to improve my strength for a trip and found a new passion. The teachers are great, they adapt the exercises to the level of their attendees and they change them so you never get bored.
